Typhoon Noul Brings Southern China to a Standstill The latest typhoon to threaten southern China, Typhoon Noul, has already disrupted the region's transportation infrastructure.

Rail and air services in Shenzhen have been cancelled, while warnings for heavy rain and strong winds are in place across Guangdong, Fujian, and Taiwan.

The National Meteorological Centre has issued an orange typhoon alert, indicating severe weather conditions are imminent. Wind speeds of up to 151km/h pose a significant risk of damage and disruption.
