On February 28th, a strike on the school during an ordinary Saturday morning transformed into one of the conflict's defining tragedies, claiming 156 lives, including 120 children and a pregnant woman.

Amaineh Nademi, a teacher who survived the attack, recounts the chaos that unfolded in those fateful minutes. As she remembers, the school day began with children gathering for prayer before classes started.
